About
Never Erase is a place to post my work and hopefully share my point of view. The idea of Never Erase is to not be afraid to make a mistake, allow myself freedom, and not be tempted to hide away my mistakes or correct them with an eraser. I didn’t share work with people for a long long time because it always seemed so unfinished. Full of little blemishes and not polished enough to present, until I realized that as a whole, there was no arguing that the kind of work I actually enjoy is unfinished, rough around the edges and typically has a charm that has nothing to do with painting every eye lash or creating objects in perfect proportion. I hope you enjoy my work and from time to time the work of others I may post here. Paul. Contact: paul@nevererase.com

thanks gorgeous. No I don’t right now. I’m not really into it. You could say this is my my space / facebook page. I’ll probably buckle and get them going though.

I just clicked through from the modo forums. It has been enjoyable reading/viewing your posts and fun/educational referencing the sites on your blogroll.
I agree with your personal philosophy about unfinished work/mistakes being as enjoyable if not more so than highly polished work. perhaps we identify more with “flaws”? After all, if to err is human, then erroneous work is even more so.
I hear it all the time from my wife regarding computer renderings, “it looks too ‘fake’!”, she always blurts out (somewhat hesitantly lest she prick my thin skin).
Anyway, I appreciate this kind of sharing from professional artists, thanks.
Keep up the good (and ‘not so good’) work!
Viro
PS> i went to high school in Reno, man how that place has changed since the 80s! Still, I enjoy every visit back. My faves are the river bike trail (albeit kind of seedy), the blue heron restaurant, the cal neva casino’s 25 cent craps tables, the harold’s club sign (albeit kind of un-PC), 5 dog books and the main library. I heard that Landrums got demolished. too bad, little diners like that one are harder to find.

Thanks man. Really nice meeting you as well. Appreciate the nice compliment. Haven’t updated in forever but I will be this weekend… THIS IS THE WEEKEND DAMN IT!
I do go to life drawing when I can. The session that I used to join every week moved to the sticks so I’m looking for a new one. You go?
